Ordering

Orders can be placed through our website via the “Shop” dropdown, or by email, (please don’t call as we are often in beehives or driving) & this is how orders get missed or forgotten. We ask in order to avoid communication errors or delays; that all orders be placed in writing via our website or email.

 

PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE DO NOT USE FACEBOOK MESSENGER FOR TAKING ORDERS,

AS IT DOESN’T SUIT OUR SYSTEMS & PROCESSES.  Messenger is not emailing.

Payment Terms

All orders must be paid for prior to Delivery, except for account customers who must abide by respective account payment terms.
Account customers are responsible for any payments due for any products or services ordered through their account. If we do not receive payment from your credit issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due to us. You shall also be responsible for any costs of collection of overdue payment.

Accepted Payment Methods include:

  1. Cash on Delivery
  2. Direct Deposits. If you choose to pay via Direct Deposit, we will issue you with an invoice (via email) this will have the bank details & an invoice number on it. Please use the invoice number as you’re “Payment Reference” and avoid delays in processing your order. Please also check your delivery address details, and your contact details; on the invoice as this is where we will deliver your order too. Once an invoice has been issued, you will then need to proceed with a direct deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to our account which we will supply you. Once your payment is showing as cleared funds in our account, we will dispatch / deliver the goods on our next delivery run to your area.
  3. Cheques are NOT ACCEPTED any more.  
  4. Credit Card. We accept Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard & AMEX) Follow the payment options on your emailed invoice & this will take you to a payment gateway. Thank-you

 

Shipping

We offer “Free Delivery” on our products in our "Delivery Area". Free Delivery extends to when we are in the area as we have set days for different areas. Our current delivery area extends from Caboolture to Logan out to Toowoomba. The extremities of the Delivery area we cover weekly & The Suburbs 2 or 3 times a week. Unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact time we will be at your door, as there are many variables like traffic and weather conditions to take into account (and we do over 300km on a delivery day). Online orders are normally delivered the next delivery day after payment has been received. (But due to Covid-19; we are operating on reduced delivery days at present) To ensure you receive an invoice & allow time for payment before the next delivery run, please ensure you place your order by 1pm, 2 days before your scheduled delivery day. Orders will be invoiced & Bottled to order but delivery won’t be confirmed until payment has been received.

We Deliver all our orders ourselves; we don't use third party couriers, due to this we are not in the office all day. Sorry Pick-up is not an option as we don't sit at the office all day.

Please note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bags or Australia Post Parcel Lockers. Highrise and locked complexes require a safe drop point or "You" the customer to meet at a suitable meeting point, as we cannot wait for hours to you to arrive home. Thank-you for your understanding.

 

Residential addresses are preferred, as more and more shopping centres are charging for parking. Also as we do not know every shopping centre layout, it can upto an hour to find some shops in the larger centres, parking at wrong end of the centre etc, please understand that a residental address is preferred otherwise we may need to start charging for some deliveries. 

 

URGENT & Off Day Deliveries.

Please Understand if you require an Urgent Delivery and your unable to wait until the next delivery day; This will incur a Delivery Fee ($25). Also if you require a delivery on a NON Standard delivery day to your area, or the delivery failed due to non-payment or similiar, this will also incur a $25 Delivery Fee. 

 

 

Paid Shipping of Non Delivery Area Orders

Please understand we have to draw a line somewhere, while we are trying to extend our delivery are requested by our customers, we unfortunatley at this time are unable to delivery everywhere.

For Customers further afield, we do offer postage on your order, but this is charged to you at cost.

Not all products are suitable for postage. Please contact us if your after a particular item.

 

Pricing and Availability of products

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. ALL PRICES AND CHARGES AS LISTED ON THE SITE ARE DISPLAYED AND CHARGED IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS (AUD). The listing, description of, or reference to, a product or service on the Site does not imply that the product or service is presently available. We do keep our prices as low as possible for as long as possible and we believe in “A great product at a fair and reasonable price” but from time to time our packaging wholesalers do have price increases that we do need to unfortunately pass on.

Product image, colour and packaging

Product images are for display purposes only. Actual packaging may vary slightly. We try to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Product Liability

The stability & nature of our products may be altered depending on your storage conditions, or when used in combination with other ingredients. This is beyond our control & we cannot accept any liability in this regard.

 

Cancellations

  1. There can be no cancellations once an order has been delivered.
  2. Orders left on “Wait” status or unpaid beyond 14 days will be automatically deleted from our system.
  3. Automatic orders that remain unpaid beyond 14 days with no correspondence from you will also be cancelled. Should 2 cycles be cancelled, the recurring billing will also be cancelled & you will need to contact us should you wish to re-enable the system.

 

Returns and Refunds

  1. We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us via email orders@moggillhoney.com.au and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue.
  2. Please note that Moggill Honey does not have to provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.
  3. Any discrepancies must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order. Any discrepancies with your order will be logged in our system for quick reference so that we can better manage your account. Claims made after the 2 day period will not be accepted.
  4. If you receive the product you ordered in a damaged condition i.e. damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods by email or telephone. Moggill Honey will follow up with our delivery driver to investigate and re-send your order. We may require evidence showing product as being damaged or that the damaged product be available for return to us on resending your order.

Delivery Days & Process

We do deliver every day, but depending on where you live we might only cover your area once a week. We do Deliver from the Caboolture to Logan & out to Toowoomba. We are in Brisbane & Ipswich several times a week. Once you have made contact and ordered from us we will be able to let you know when we are in your area. We require your order by 1 pm daily so that we can package and prepare your order for delivery. In some cases you could receive your delivery as early as the next day. Early placement or orders is always prefered.

 

Unfortunately pick-up is unavailable at this stage. We are not in the office all day, as we have bees to tend to & deliveries to make. Thank-you for your understanding, and to keep our prices fair & reasonable we are happy to deliver to your home when we are in the area. Unfortunately delivering to work places in the city or in shopping centres is not available either as paid parking costs would need to be passed on. Please do contact us and we will try and work something out for you.
