Due to the covid19 situation we have been forced to modify our delivery runs. Depending on where you live we might only cover your area once a week. We do deliver from Chermside to Logan & out to Ironbark (Just west of Ipswich). We deliver to all Brisbane suburbs & Ipswich as our normal service. Currently we deliver to Brisbane on Thursday or Friday each week (occasionally due to commitments we may deliver on a Wednesday), ideally we need to have your order by 6 pm Tuesday for this weeks delivery.

Due to the many changes in our business over the past 2 years, due to things out of our control, we need to have order cut off times so that we can continue to offer our free delivery service, something that we want to continue with as we know, you, our valued customer appreciates our free delivery service.

 

We now require all orders to be received by 6 pm Tuesday each week so that delivery can take place on Thursday or Friday, & Wednesday in some cases.

Because we do all the work that is required ourselves and often we have problems arising that we need to take care of straight away with the Bee Hives, we may need to change set Delivery Days

at short notice. If this occurs we will make every effort to keep you informed via a text message to your phone, so that you are aware of the delivery change.

 

Thank you for your understanding and consideration in assisting us to have your order placed on time so that we can get all orders assembled and packed ready for delivery on time each week.

We need to have structure to our business and our delivery runs are done on specific days, as we can’t do deliveries on the same days as we go to do hive inspections. Early placement of orders is always preferred. (Texting or calling on the morning of our regular day to your area is too late. We package to order & the orders are all packaged the afternoon/night before.)

The procedure for placing an order is that we receive an email from the system once you place an order, you will receive the same email as we do. Fran will then issue you with an invoice to pay, please use the invoice number off our invoice as your bank deposit reference. If you pay by credit card there is no need to use the invoice number, as the credit card collection service will move your payment to the paid column in the system automatically. Fran will then package any Honey that is ordered and prepare any items you have ordered to be included in your order. All orders are checked and double checked and packed into Fran’s delivery vehicle, so that in the morning Fran can go out to her delivery van and leave home to come directly out to customers to commence delivery runs on a Thursday and Friday.

Unfortunately pick-up is unavailable at this stage. We are not in the office all day, as we have bees to tend to & deliveries to make. Thank-you for your understanding, and to keep our prices fair & reasonable we are happy to deliver to your home when we are in the area.

Unfortunately due to the fact that Fran or Mark are usually on their own to do delivery runs, it is difficult to deliver to high rise residences in the Brisbane CBD and Brisbane CBD work places. Please keep in mind that if you live in a Brisbane CBD high rise apartment or Brisbane CBD work place, we can only deliver to you on our free delivery service if you can be available on our delivery day to come to our vehicle to collect your order. Often there are not places to park and if we need to go into paid parking facilities, then we will need to pass on the cost of this to you. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

We also can’t make appointments to do deliveries, the conditions for our free delivery is that you will receive the delivery when we are in your area to deliver.

We can’t guarantee a delivery time on delivery day, as often traffic conditions are things that we have no control over.

Our delivery day is between 7 am and 7 pm and your delivery could arrive at any time between those hours.

We ask for your authority to leave your order for you at your front door if you are not home on delivery time when we deliver.

While we do try our utmost to keep our customers happy, we also need you the customer to play your part and try to give us enough notice to be able to get your order to you in a timely fashion.

PAYPAL as a Payment Option (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT),

Items paid for with PayPal can't be picked up by customers Nor are these products available for our “Free Delivery”. PayPal only accepts electronic tracking and PayPal does not accept members written acknowledgement of receipt of goods. These aren't our rules, these are PayPal's rules to avoid disputes. All Paypal orders MUST be sent Via 3rd Party Freight & costs charged to the customer.
